How it works for founders

  2. We introduce a match. Our team introduces one or two vetted practitioners suited to the work.
  3. Agree terms directly. You and the practitioner agree scope, timeline and fee between you.
  4. We check in. After delivery we ask both sides how it went, which keeps the bench's standard high.

  • Direct contractsFounders and practitioners contract directly. ZidiFlow is not a party to the engagement, does not employ practitioners and does not guarantee outcomes.
  • IndependenceClinic recommendations never depend on introductions. Any fee ZidiFlow charges for an introduction is disclosed before it is made.
