Every clinic is a 60 minute video call for founders at the idea, pre-seed and seed stages. We review your materials in advance and send three written priority actions within two working days of the session.

The fee is set by where the company is registered or, before registration, where the founder is based. Fees are paid in advance by mobile money or bank transfer, in Kenya shillings or US dollars, using the payment details we email after you book. Any transaction charges are paid by the sender.
How to book
- Book. Choose a time on our booking page, at least five days ahead. In the booking form, give your company name, country of registration, the clinic format and what you want from the session. You receive an email with the date and time, and the slot is held for you.
- Payment details. Within one working day we check for conflicts of interest and email you the payment details, with the amount due in Kenya shillings or US dollars.
- Confirmation. Pay and email your materials to [email protected] at least 24 hours before the session, with your name and session date in the subject. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
- Session and follow up. We meet by video call and send three written priority actions within two working days.
Office hours
Each month we offer a limited number of free sessions to pre-seed founders based in Kenya. Places are by application and are not guaranteed.

Programme partnerships
Accelerators, venture studios, fellowships and universities can commission clinics for a cohort. Scope and fees are agreed per programme. Contact [email protected] with the subject “Programme partnership”.
Clinic policies
- Nature of adviceClinics provide general commercial feedback. They are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and they are not an offer or commitment to invest. Introductions to investors are not part of the service.
- Fees and independenceThe clinic fee is the only payment we accept. ZidiFlow takes no equity, success fees or commission on capital raised.
- Booking and paymentA booking holds your time. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. Bookings not paid 24 hours before the session are released.
- Conflicts of interestBefore confirming a booking we check for conflicts with the company, its competitors and its investors. Where a conflict exists we disclose it, or cancel the booking before any payment is taken.
- ConfidentialityMaterials you share are held in our team email account, opened only by the clinic leads, and used only to prepare for and deliver your session. They are not shared with anyone without your written consent, and are deleted within 90 days of the session, or sooner on request. Sessions are not recorded. Nothing discussed in a clinic is published or cited by ZidiFlow without your written consent. See our privacy notice.
- ReschedulingYou may reschedule once, free of charge, using the link in your confirmation email, at least 24 hours before the session.
- Cancellations and refundsCancellations made at least 24 hours before the session receive a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions are not refunded. If we cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new time. Refunds are made to the account the payment came from.
- ReceiptsA receipt is issued for every payment.
