Write for ZidiFlow

Insights publishes people who allocate capital or build with it. Here is what we look for and how to pitch.

Who we publish

Investors, operators, founders and researchers writing from direct experience. Seniority matters less than evidence.

Formats

  • Essay1,200 to 2,000 words, built around one argument and the evidence for it.
  • Deal note600 to 900 words on a notable round or transaction and what has to be true for it to work. Based only on public information or information you are authorised to share.
  • ConversationA recorded 30 minute conversation, edited into a published interview. With your consent, we may also release the audio.

How to pitch

Send us four things:

  1. A working title
  2. Your argument in two sentences
  3. The evidence behind it
  4. Any interest you hold in the companies or funds involved

Email [email protected] with the subject line “Pitch:” followed by your title. We reply to every pitch within seven days.

What happens next

If we commission the piece, we agree a deadline, work through one round of edits with you, and you approve the final version before it runs. ZidiFlow makes final editorial decisions.

Rights

You keep the copyright. You grant ZidiFlow a nonexclusive licence to publish and distribute the piece, including on Substack. You may republish it elsewhere after it runs, with a link back to the original.

What we do not publish

Promotional pieces, paid placements presented as editorial, work already published elsewhere, and claims we cannot verify.
